Yoga is the practice of quieting the mind. This practice is over 3.000 years old and continues to evolve over the centuries. It has become a complete guide to living a fuller life, enhancing health, awareness and presence.
The asanas (postures) are just one of the eight limbs of yoga.
Through the postures we increase body awareness, flexibility and strength. Each posture has a purpose and a function to benefit the physical body. Practiced correctly the benefits are endless.
Pranayama (breath) exercises increase our lung capacity, calm and centre our minds. Our capacity of breath is expanded through different pranayama exercises, some to balance, some to invigorate and bring energy others to calm, quieten.
Meditation stills the chatter of the modern mind. Helps to find peace and quiet deep within. To bring the mind to the present moment.
Yoga integrates the physical body, the energetic body and the mind. The body, breath and mind become re-united. Through this union you find contentment, bliss, fullness.
Practicing yoga on a regular basis and integrating what you learn about yourself through yoga into your daily life will increase your health, presence and awareness. You will experience peace and a deep sense of connectedness. Connecting to yourself, your pure essence.
The advantage of a one-to-one yoga session is that you get to work on poses that meet your body's present physical needs and working specifically to any condition or injury you may have. As every body is unique and has it's own history, it can be harder for you to get all the benefits of yoga in a group setting. In a private session, you get to work on what most benefits you. This will help you to progress faster in your practice and develop a clear understanding of what each pose means for your body and the things you need to be aware of. All of this accelerates not only your progress in your practice, but through your practice you increase your awareness.
Private yoga training from 1 hour to 1,5 hours with a tailor made sequence and held at the location of your choice. The comfort of your home, by the sea shore, in the garden, on board etc...

All of the group classes I teach are a blend of what I have studied to date. Mostly Vinyasa Flow, Hatha and Anusara. Classes are taught in English and / or Spanish. Ranging from 1 hour to 1 hour and a half including a flowey sequence of poses.
The sessions take you through a series of poses with emphasis on correct posture alignment, dynamic and sometimes challenging (but fun) sequences which combine breath and movement all helping towards our final goal of quietening the mind and bringing awareness.
As the group grows and practices on a regular basis more advanced poses are introduced so you can progress in your practice. The group classes can also include some partner poses helping to deepen and explore a little futher.

Yoga is a really powerful and fun way to connect as a team.
Each person connects to themselves, opening the channels of trust, communication and balance from within. We then progress to working on fun yoga poses in pairs and buidling balancy poses in small groups. Step by step coming closer to the grand finale where the whole team works on a pose together. This is a really fun team building experience!
The importance of clear communication, trust and presence for a succesfull outcome are made obvious. These necessary qualities for healthy relationships within a company or team can be brought out through yoga in a fun environment and bring everyone together.

I feel so lucky to have grown up in a multi-cultural, healthy and outdoorsey environment in the Pyrenees mountains of Andorra. As a child I was constantly in touch with nature, be it riding horses, snow skiing or discovering some of the most peaceful valleys and mountain tops. I remember when Dad taught me to meditate at a young age and I would watch him carefully placing his body into odd looking postures as he practiced yoga on the living room floor. A seed was planted...
One of my favorite pass-times was to walk to the top of the mountain, sit and enjoy the view, the fresh air filling my lungs, feeling connected to life and experincing peace.
I have always been interested in human nature, in fact, it fascinates me.
In 2008 I took a year off to dedicate myself to self study, meditation and Yoga in Thailand. There, I completed my 1st Vipasana meditation course and teacher training with Sara Avant Stover and Kimberly Johnson. Since then I have been teaching Yoga in Mallorca to a wide range of students as I continue to study, learn and grow. I am qualified as Yoga Alliance teacher, British Wheel of Yoga Pregnancy teacher and am currently studying the Anusara Yoga system. I have been hugely inspired by time spent with John Friend, Kathryn Budig, Sara Avant, Villas and Lalla Turske, Uma Dinsmore-Thuli and many wonderful and amazing teachers dedicating their lives to spreading beauty and goodness in this transitional fast changing time.
My classes are a blend of all I have learned to date, mainly Vinyasa / Hatha flow with emphasis on correct posture alignment, flowing with the breath with the ultimate goal of expanding awareness, bringing a sense of connectedness and well-being. Through the mind and body connection, I hope to pass on through Yoga a sense of connection, peace and fullness.
